CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level.
We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you. Don’t want to make more than one trip into the house with an armload of groceries? We’ve got you covered. Need to sprint across the parking lot at work so you’re on time? No problem! Want to jump over tall buildings in a single bound? We can work on that too.
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 7-14, focusing on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youngest athletes are encouraged to stay active in a fun, light-hearted environment. They move, grow, and discover their self-confidence while developing body awareness and coordination. We focus on developing overall athleticism, strength and proper movement mechanics. Our kids are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue onto higher level sports, and into adulthood. CrossFit Kids is appropriate for students looking for a strength and conditioning program to supplement their main school sport as well as those using CrossFit as their sport of choice.

Intended to improve gymnastic skill, positional awareness and accelerate fitness by learning bodyweight progressions to be used in Crossfit strength and metcons. NEW accessory exercises and mobility work will challenge all three CFNAC members (comp, fitness, foundation) increasing joint health and facilitating movement demands. Come and get exposure to a variety of movements (and jokes) not typically used in the daily WODS. This class is open to ALL LEVELS regardless of experience and will be structured similarly to the daily WOD including a warm up, strength/accessory challenges and metcons.
