Well, the great news is that you can enjoy your yummy favorites without feeling guilty! Here are some super easy swaps that can make your favorite meals healthier:

White Rice to Brown Rice or Quinoa

First things first, change your white rice to brown rice or quinoa. They contain more fiber and keep you fuller for longer. Plus, they’ve got lots of other fun health benefits too!

Regular Pasta to Whole Wheat

Love pasta? Make it whole wheat! It has more fiber and nutrients than regular pasta. It’s a small swap that makes a big difference.

Red Meat to Lean Meat or Seafood
